I want to start a zine specifically for dog photography because I’ve realised there’s a lack of dedicated print/publications that celebrate the artistry and emotional depth of capturing dogs through the lens. Dogs are such an integral part of our lives, embodying joy, loyalty, and individuality, yet their stories and personalities are often overlooked in creative spaces. A zine focused solely on dog photography and adventure would not only showcase the incredible talent of photographers who specialise in this niche but also highlight the unique bond between humans and their canine companions. I believe this project has the potential to bring together a community of dog lovers and artists, creating a space where we can appreciate the beauty, humor, and heartwarming moments that dogs bring into our lives.
